I like to draw upon the different styles I have practiced on my Yoga journey so my classes are always imaginative, varied, dynamic and energetic with a focus on alignment and strength building.
I teach yoga to everyone; athletes, pregnant ladies, rehabilitation, beginners and more advanced yogis. I adapt the class to suit the group or individual and their personal goals.
My teaching style is clear and informative but also fun and my classes are informal so students feel at ease and feel confident to explore their ability. I hope that my passion and dedication comes across to my students so they can also feel the incredible benefits of Yoga.
I am an RYS 200hrs Sun Power Yoga Instructor based in Altrincham, Cheshire. I originally qualified under Anne Marie Newland, founder of Sun Power Yoga, in 2013, and have since gained further qualification in Pregnancy Yoga with Nadia Narain at TriYoga in London. My personal practice has spanned over 20 years. To deepen my knowledge and personal practice I regularly attend workshops with, amongst others, David Swenson, Kino MacGregor, Catherine May, Ray Long, Natalie Barton and David Sye.
